If you have any problems regarding the hostel issues, kindly contact the supervisors through the hotline service number 016-5546961 instead of reaching them through the personal numbers of RV. You can contact them during this operating hour only: Monday - Friday: 6.00pm -11.30pm Saturday, Sunday & public holiday: 8.00am - 10pm Besides, we are here to remind you that please reach the Residential Hotline Service first when you are have a problem with your hostel. Dear students, ONLINE DEFECT FORM is available on our blog : http://utprcsu.blogspot.com/ 1) Now you can remotely report any defect except Internet problem. (For Internet, kindly report it to ITMS). 2) You can report at an time (24/7); 3) You have to UPLOAD PICTURE as reference of the problem to ease the supervisor understanding your report. Please follow the step stated in Flowchart below to report the defect in your respective village. Your report will be channeled directly to the respective Village Supervisor. However, you must move to the temporary room after 5th May 2015 which is in: i) V2E for male. ii) V2C for female. . Kindly keep in mind to return your current room key by 5th May 2015. .
