Meeting Room Booking Procedure

A guideline for UTP students to book the meeting rooms.

This is to ensure the rooms are in good conditions and to smoothen the booking process.

HOW?
1. Go to respective RV offices.
2. Check the availability of the room.
3. Book date & time
4. Collect key and pay deposit RM20
5. After use, return key and collect deposit

Nice post, If you Want to save on office rent for when you don’t need one? At WUS Business Centre, we rent out Meeting Rooms and work desks for specific time periods as well.
Good article. If an individual is visiting London for enterprise functions solely, staying in London Piccadilly accommodations would be the most suitable option. Staying in a centrally located lodge can provide an individual easy accessibility to all of the enterprise areas.
