Management Strategic Planning (MSP) Class May 2018

Topic: Communication - The Human Connection

RCSU has successfully organised MSP class on 12th July for May’18 semester. MSP class is aimed to improve the professionalism of RCSU members in managing student affairs. We are glad to have Miss Fatihah Amir as our speaker for this time. 

Highlight of the event:-

1. Communicate to motivate your team.
- Keep motivate yourself and your team even the effort shows no result.
- Focus on improvement through the process rather than the result.
- Encourage your members and never let anyone feel being left out. 

2. How to deliver a message if people refuse to listen?
- Work by action. Show them how it works and persuade them by using your action.

3. What or How? What is the content of the message or How you deliver the message is more important?
- The content of the message is more important compare to the way you deliver the message.
- If you have clear overview or contents regarding the message you want to deliver, you can present it more confidently and it is more persuasive.
